Order processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders
We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@tokentees.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
